Jeff Lockard is a Vice President in the Industrial Services Group at JLLs Suburban Philadelphia office. At JLL, Jeff assists with tenant representation, agency leasing, site selection, and the disposition of industrial real estate for clients throughout the Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware markets.
Current and past agency clients include Clarion Partners, Equilibrium Equities, High Street, Hillwood, MRP Industrial, Rockefeller Group, and Trammell Crow. Current and past tenant clients include Ames, Inc., Barry Callebaut, The Dial Corporation, Stitch Fix, Tesla Motors, and WESCO International.
Jeff began his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in May 2011. At Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff served as a financial analyst for the capital markets group. His responsibilities included valuation and cash flow analysis of industrial, office and retail real estate on behalf of corporate clients.
Additionally, Jeff conducted a broad range of transaction related analyses including lease restructuring; lease vs. buy analysis; discounted cash flow analysis using Excel and Argus; abstracting legal documents such as financing / loan agreements, mortgage documents and partnership agreements; and analyzing corporate financial statements and credit quality as they impact the real estate acquisition / disposition process.
While at Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff was involved in over $500 million of acquisition and disposition transactions and valued over $1.5 billion in institutional assets.
Jeff earned a bachelor of business administration with a finance concentration from Temple University.
He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
