As Managing Director and lead Broker for the Philadelphia suburban market, Mike Morrone is directly responsible for overall product quality and delivery across all business lines.
This includes client relationship management and the direct supervision of both transaction and support professionals. Mike specializes in Tenant Representation services, Agency Leasing and Corporate Solutions. He is responsible for growing JLLs business and providing the firms current client base with advisory and transaction expertise.
With transaction advisory, lease administration and other responsibilities, Mike develops strategies that meet his clients internal requirements for real estate portfolio value.
He develops and delivers strategic corporate real estate plans incorporating real estate process and procedures manuals as well as including benchmark metrics and corporate space standards. Mike also develops annual real estate budgets and rolling four-month forecasts for his clients.
Prior to JLL, Mike served as Executive Vice President - Account Manager for multiple client accounts at UGL Equis where he managed leased and owned portfolios both nationally and globally.
Mike was involved in domestic and international site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks and build-to-suits for a variety of transaction types including office, data center, lab & R&D, call center, retail, switching facilities and industrial leases.
Mike previously worked with Verizon and Atlantic American Properties (a Lazard Freres private REIT) providing national real estate brokerage representation for various telecommunication subsidiary companies. In this role, he successfully negotiated transactions involving over 2,000,000 s.f.
He has also held positions as the Business Manager of Brokerage Services with GMH Realty, Senior Associate within Price Waterhouse Coopers real estate consulting practice, and Real Estate Lender with Wachovia Bank.
Throughout his extensive career, Mike has represented numerous companies including, AT&T, The Vanguard Group, Bentley Systems, CSX, GlaxoSmithKline, Microsoft and Endo Pharmaceuticals.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and has successfully completed a commercial credit training program through Wachovia Bank. He is a licensed real estate Salesperson in PA.
