Richard G. Collins, Jr. is a Senior Vice President for the Arizona Industrial group at JLL. With more than 20 years of real estate brokerage experience, he specializes in representing industrial corporate clients to help them improve their leasehold/ownership positions and maximize the function of the spaces they occupy.
During his career, Rick has gained expertise in both office and industrial leasing and sales, and has a strong understanding of the development, finance, property management and construction processes. He has been instrumental in helping some of the largest companies in Phoenix and Scottsdale assess and implement real estate strategies that have significantly lowered their occupancy costs and improved their productivity.
Rick also has extensive experience in property management, allowing him to manage construction costs, architectural efficiencies, operating costs, permitting and lease review as part of his brokerage services, saving his clients both time and money.
Rick brings a unique ability to thoughtfully/aggressively negotiate sale and lease transactions, and to that end his clients and customers are the beneficiaries of years of experience and detailed market insight. He presents information in clear, concise, straightforward terms so his clients can implement successful strategies for achieving their objectives.
Rick offers his clients personal attention, and utilizes his vast experience to work as a dedicated professional who knows the market, understands the process, and takes the time to thoroughly understand each client's particular needs. His goal is to improve the performance of a client's core business operations in part through the real estate occupied.
Prior to joining JLL, Richard served as the President of CD Commercial Advisors and as a Principal at Ross Brown Partners prior to that.
