Alexa Jennings joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 and is in charge of all transaction management for the Real Estate Advisory Services Group. She is a single point of contact, managing transactions for multiple clients including: A. Morton Thomas, the Communication Workers of America, and GAI Consulting. Her responsibilities include: market analysis, global market research statistics, client marketing and client portfolio optimization, as well as all disposition and acquisition activity for her client base. She has conducted transactions in more than half of the United States and Canada.
Alexa previously led Pittsburghs research group and primarily focused on tracking market information and developed reporting tools to assist clients and the team. Her practice areas included conducting market research, tracking office statistics, and analyzing trends within the market.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Alexa worked for Millcraft Investments, a real estate developer in Pittsburgh where she supported their residential real estate division developing marketing pieces and working with clients through the sales process.
Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the College of Business Administration at The University of Pittsburgh. Alexa Jennings is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She is a member of the PLAA and PUMP.
