Greg Hopkins is an Associate in Jones Lang LaSalle's Industrial Services Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Hopkins works primarily with assisting corporate clients in analyzing their real estate needs and developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. His practice areas include conducting market research & surveys, property marketing, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory, and lease/sale negotiations.
Mr. Hopkins has been with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2014 and has experience in all transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, and leasing on behalf of both tenants and landlords. In his current role at Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Hopkins has contributed to a variety of Pittsburgh-based projects by surveying the market for occupancy alternatives, creating analytical models, and executing multiple industrial and flex based assignments.
Mr. Hopkins has represented numerous clients including WESCO International, Matthews International, Philips, Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch Shell, and ABB Group.
Mr. Hopkins holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in City & Regional Planning from the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of West Virginia.
