Nick Francic is a Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle's Tenant Representation Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Francic works primarily with assisting corporate clients in analyzing their real estate needs and developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. His practice areas include conducting market research & surveys, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory, and lease negotiations.
Mr. Francic has over ten years in the commercial real estate industry and has focused exclusively on office tenant representation. In his current role at Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Francic has contributed to a variety of Pittsburgh-based projects by surveying the market for occupancy alternatives, creating advanced analytical models, and executing multiple tenant representation assignments. Additionally, Mr. Francic provides portfolio management for multiple domestic and global accounts. Responsibilities include transaction management, strategic site consulting & master planning, budgeting, forecasting, and qualitative & quantitative analysis.
Mr. Francic was recently part of a team that was awarded SIOR's Office Lease of the Year, Office Sale of the Year, and Build-to-Suit of the Year. In addition, Mr. Francic is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Francic served in a purchasing and facilities management role for Siemens Corporation. Performing due diligence in strategic sourcing, he was able to reduce project and occupancy costs to the business while managing a portfolio of key accounts throughout the United States.
Mr. Francic holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Eberly School of Business at The Indiana University of Pennsylvania. During his tenure, he served as Secretary to the Finance Association. Nick Francic is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is currently pursuing a CCIM designation.
