Pam currently serves as the Executive Vice President for the Raleigh, NC office of JLL. She has also served as a development advisor leading build-to-suit teams, managed key disposition teams and has aquired invaluable knoweldge pertinent to medical space users.

Pam brings an unusual combination of experience to JLL Raleigh. In her extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, Pam spent thirteen years as a tenant representative and as a landlord representative, including twelve years on the landlord side of the business, exclusively leasing and managing a publicly-held REITs 6,000,000-square-foot portfolio. She also holds experience from positions as a site selection consultant for an international engineering company and as a start-up team member of a manufacturing plant for a major automotive parts company.

While in the landlord role, Pam received numerous Top Achiever awards. She was named by the Triangle Business Journal as a Trailblazer in commercial real estate. Pam was named JLL Top Achiever for the years 2006-2011 and 2013. In 2012, Pam was named JLL Gold Achiever.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Wake Forest University, Pam achieved the Phi Beta Kappa designation.
Pam founded the Downtown Raleigh Development Corporation, now called the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, and has acted as an industrial development representative for the State of North Carolina. She has been active in numerous chamber, professional and civic organizations.
