Adam T. Lawson is responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants throughout Richmond and central Virginia. Adam helps businesses rationalize their space needs and negotiates with landlords and property owners on their behalf. He also represents owners of land, office, flex and industrial properties in the sale and lease-up of their real estate.
Adam joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011. Before joining JLL he was a broker at Mikels & Jones Properties in Raleigh, NC where he focused on agency sales and leasing. Prior to that he was a Development Project Manager at Crescent Resources in Raleigh, NC where he managed the development of over 1,000 acres and was responsible for a residential project that was named “Green Development of the Year” by the National Association of Homebuilders.
