Jason Goff is a Managing Director in the Sacramento area, responsible for co-managing the lease and sales activities for JLL in the Central Valley region. Jason has led some of Sacramentos most notable lease and sale transactions, totaling more than $1.0 billion dollars in value. In the past 12 months he has leased more than one million square feet of office space and closed more than 80 transactions. Jason represents both owners and tenants and has been instrumental in transactions involving the regions largest institutional owners and employers; including SMUD, Kaiser Permanente, Adventist Health, Bank of America and Health Net.
Jason is a Past Chair of the Downtown Sacramento Partnership, a Past President of the Association of Commercial Real Estate and a board member of the Sacramento Metro Chamber.
Prior to joining JLL in 2003, Jason was a Leasing Director for Equity Office Properties. In this role he was responsible for the leasing, marketing and business development of a 2.5 million SF portfolio in the Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Mt. View and Menlo Park submarkets of Silicon Valley, and was awarded the San Jose regions Deal of the Year for 2001.

Jason attended University of California at Davis where he received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Economics. He is a member of the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate and is a licensed salesperson by the California Department of Real Estate.
He also has professional affiliations with several industry and community organizations: Downtown Sacramento Partnership, Sacramento Metro Chamber, Lambda Alpha Land Economics Society, Sutter Club, Sacramento Business Journal 2011 40 Under 40 and 2013 Broker of the Year award.
