Rob is an Executive Vice President with the Capital Markets Group and leads the Investment Sales practice in Californias Sacramento and Central Valley regions. He has advised on the sale of approximately 8 million square feet totaling approximately $1 billion in value over his career, focusing on the disposition of institutional quality office, industrial, retail and medical assets located throughout Northern California. Rob was recognized as one of the Sacramento regions top investment specialists in 2008, 2010 and 2013. He was recognized as the Sacramento Investment Specialist of the Year by the Association of Commercial Real Estate in 2014 and a top producer for JLL in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Rob joined JLL in 2012. He was previously with CBRE where he served as a First Vice President within that firms Investment Properties group in Sacramento.
