As a Vice President for JLL, Sean Merold specializes in the selling and leasing of Industrial Properties on the Greater Sacramento and Northern California regions. His expertise stems from numerous assignments marketing industrial buildings, land, and multi-tenant business parks. Additionally, Sean advises institutional and local developers/investors on investment property acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities. Sean has extensive background in tenant and buyer representation and has worked exclusively with many regional and national companies. He is accomplished at qualifying and analyzing the client's needs and implementing a specific plant to satisfy the requirement.
Prior to joining JLL, Sean was an industrial real estate specialist at both Colliers International with the Central Valley Industrial Group (CVIG) and Cushman and Wakefield in Sacramento.
