Jim Balderson leads the JLL office in Salt Lake City and holds the title of Managing Director. In this capacity he provides Tenant Representation, Landlord Agency, Investment Analysis and Strategic Planning services for his clients.
Jim has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in Utah and California. He began his career specializing in Tenant Representation in Palo Alto, California. In 2009, Jim moved to Utah and resumed his brokerage career in Salt Lake City. He continues to build his presence in the market and is recognized as one of the top producing brokers in the State of Utah.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University where he was a four year member of the Mens Basketball team and in 2006 was the Team Captain for the nationally ranked conference championship team. He was also a member of the Canadian National Basketball Team that competed in the World University Games in 2005. Jim is a member of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Board of Governors. He is a member of CCIM, NAIOP, and on the leadership committee for Urban Land Institute (ULI). Jim was raised in Alberta, Canada and currently resides in Draper, Utah. He is married and has four children.
