Keith McRee specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiations, site acquisition, project analysis and disposition initiatives in the San Antonio and South Texas markets. He helps retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. His vast experience in leasing and tenant representation has enabled him to develop and maintain strong retailer relationships at the national, regional and local level. Keith has successfully negotiated leases and contracts in excess of $200 million for his clients throughout his career.
Keith brings over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has served as an integral part of the growth efforts of diverse regional and national retailers. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Keith previously worked for SRS Real Estate Partners. He Joined SRS in 2012 where he specialized in tenant representation, site acquisition and disposition. Prior to SRS, Keith was vice president with NAI REOC Partners. His client experience has included Whataburger, Corner Bakery, Wells Fargo, Starbucks, El Pollo Loco, Wendys, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, Sushi Zushi and Freedom Fitness.

Keith earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio where he was also a member of the mens golf team. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as an executive board member of CCIM San Antonio. Keith is also a graduate and member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio Leadership Development Program and was one of the founding members of UTSA 24.
