Chad Urie is Managing Director of a dynamic, nine person, full service real estate team at JLL that works with clients throughout Central San Diego County.
Having structured well over $1 billion in real estate transactions, Chad has been one of the most successful San Diego brokers over the past five years. He has developed a reputation of "thinking outside the box" by creating innovative strategies to meet his clients' objectives.
Prior to joining JLL, Chad was a top producer at Colliers International and earlier the Rookie of the Year at the Grubb & Ellis Company.
During college he worked with Collins Development, a San Diego-based real estate development firm.

Chad received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He attended Covenant College and Point Loma Nazarene University on a full-tuition basketball scholarship
Chad has been actively involved in the Baja Challenge in Tijuana, Mexico for six years, helping to build homes for the less fortunate and helping to raise funds with which to do so.
Chad dedicates his time and financial resources to a variety of other organizations. He actively provides financial support for the Boys and Girls Club of San Diego and is involved with the schools of his four children.
