Tenant Representation working with Tenants to really understand their business and unique needs, then presenting solutions/properties that match their immediate occupancy needs while balancing long-term goals for their business.
Acquisition and Disposition working with Investors and Owner Occupiers to purchase and acquire real estate. Assists clients who wish to market and sell their existing real estate, purchase their first corporate facility, and expand/contract their operations. Helps investors identify overlooked or distressed assets that offer a significant opportunity to add value.
Prior to joining JLL, Joe was with ECP Commercial for 7 years, where he began developing his background focusing on Industrial Agency Leasing, Owner/User Sales and Private Client Investment Sales. While at ECP, Joe completed over 500 lease and sale transactions. Notable transactions include:
