As an Executive Vice President for JLL, Richard Gonor is a member of the San Diego Agency Leasing team. Richard specializes in the leasing and sales of Class A and B office properties for institutional and regional property owners throughout the Downtown and Central San Diego submarkets. He is a passionate industry leader recognized for his vast experience, in-depth understanding of the Real Estate Markets and strong relationships, which helps him to advance the performance of the assets his clients own.
Richard represents property owners in all phases of negotiation and real estate brokerage, including pre-leasing new construction, build-to-suits, repositioning assets, investment and owner-user sales. Services provided include developing innovative marketing strategies, portfolio review, pro-forma projections, property valuation, sale and lease analysis, lease renewal and preparation.
Prior to joining JLL, Richard was with Grubb & Ellis BRE Commercial for 16 years. During the course of his career, Richard has transacted over $1 billion representing more than 6 million s.f. He has completed over 3,000 lease transactions.
