Tim and his team are recognized as one of the top leasing teams in San Diego, representing over 4.5 million square feet of existing office, corporate HQ and R&D buildings in central San Diego, and are involved in the marketing of three new San Diego developments that total more than 500,000 square feet of future office space.
Through a keen understanding of each clients business and financial objectives, a collaborative approach, and timely market intelligence, Tim and his team craft strategic, proactive solutions that provide clients a competitive advantage in the areas of landlord representation, tenant representation, investment services, portfolio review and market analysis. Tims clients include real estate institute trusts, institutional and private owners of real estate, large and small corporate clients, and growing companies. Tims unending drive to create value and achieve his clients goals is illustrated by his persistence, energy, strategic thinking and by the ownership he takes of each transaction.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Tim was a Vice President with Colliers International in San Diego for 6 years working in the same markets. During the course of his career Tim has been involved in over 500 transactions totalling 10.9 million square feet with value exceeding $1.78 Billion.
