Chris leads the 32-person JLL brokerage team in San Francisco and is a member of the companys Executive Council and Leadership Council. Chriss primary business is representing institutional landlords and tenants throughout the citys 85 million square foot commercial office sector.
Chris has been a top producing broker for JLL since joining the firm in 2007, averaging over 70 transactions and more than one million square feet of leasing per year. He has more than 20 years experience as a commercial real estate advisor and plays an active role in regional business development as well as devising strategic leasing, pre-leasing, and development plans for headquarter companies with downtown San Franciscos largest institutional investors. Chris is consistently recognized for his expertise in commercial real estate advisory and transaction execution.

Chris was promoted to International Director in July 2012. Prior to that he was a Managing Director with the firm. Chris is a San Francisco Bay Area native, is married to Stephanie and has a son, Jack (8) and daughter Emerson (4). He loves the San Francisco Giants, 49ers, and Warriors, enjoys snow skiing and attempting to play golf.
Chris holds a B.A. in Business Administration from University of San Diego.
