Jamie Kendall began her career working in Manhattan for one of the top real estate investment trusts in the country: Vornado Realty Trust. After finding early success in leasing Vornado malls for two years, Jamie was elevated into a role as a member of the highly prestigious urban leasing retail team. Soon afterward, Jamie was hand-selected to be the sole person to join its leader in representing the five most high-profile and expensive high street urban retail properties, located exclusively on the highest-priced stretches of Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue, and Times Square.
Some of her deal highlights include a world record-breaking lease at the time (M.A.C. Cosmetics flagship store on Fifth Avenue), the Times Square record-breaking lease for a Sunglass Hut global flagship store, and the 44,000 SF Topshop flagship store on Fifth Avenue in a deal that received worldwide media attention. After rapid promotions, Jamie quickly ascended the ranks to become a Vice President and an officer of the company, one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the nation. Now Jamie is so thrilled to be back in her native San Francisco Bay Area representing top retailer and landlord clients at one of the most highly-regarded commercial real estate brokerage firms in the world.
