Bart is responsible for representing the real estate needs of his corporate clients. His responsibilities include leading multimarket transaction teams, developing and implementing negotiating strategy, account management and lease review. His well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the leverage points available in negotiations and the important principles that must be incorporated into each transaction.
Due to his experience with a variety of clients from stable creditworthy corporations to dynamic start-ups, Bart assists companies in securing real estate solutions that best support their operational goals and objectives. He has successfully assisted companies such as Intuit, Yahoo!, PayPal in fulfilling their real estate needs.
Bart began his real estate career in 1995 in Northern Virginia. He relocated to the Silicon Valley in 1996 where he went to work for CBRE. In 1998, Bart was hired by The Staubach Company and through his 10-year career rose to become a Senior Vice President and co-managing partner in the Silicon Valley office. In July 2008, The Staubach Company merged with JLL where Bart was named a Managing Director for the combined JLL-Staubach Silicon Valley office. In 2013, Bart was promoted to International Director.

Bart received his Bachelor's degree from Stanford University. He played for Stanfords NCAA basketball team, serving as co-captain during his senior season. He is a passionate Denver Bronco fan. In his spare time, he coaches youth basketball and is active in his Parrish.
Bart has been recognized by multiple real estate organizations and publications for his achievements including the 2014 Transaction of the Year. In addition, Bart has been a multi-year recipient of JLLs Top Gun award recognizing JLLs highest performing professionals. In 2016 Bart was named JLLs MVP of the Americas.
