Greg Matter is a Managing Director with JLL and leader of its Advanced Manufacturing Group. Greg specializes in assisting his clients with their real estate strategies. From portfolio strategy to local market execution, his delivery model integrates business consulting strategies with a full range of implementation services enabling him to secure real estate solutions that best support the clients operational goals and objectives.
Greg began his career at Colliers International and joined JLL over 8 years ago.

Greg attended the University of Colorado where he acquired a Bachelors in Political Science. In 2013 Greg was a founding member of the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Roundtable. An organization established to provide awareness of the resources that exist for manufacturers in the area and a forum for continued discussion of key issues.
Greg is a board member of the San Francisco chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), an associate member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
