As Managing Director for JLL, Gregg Walker has more than 16 years of experience in the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley real estate market, where he has specialized representing tenants throughout his career. In addition, Gregg leads the Bay Area Life Sciences Practice Group for JLL.
Gregg comes to JLL from NAI BT Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) in Burlingame where he was a Partner and consistent top producer. Gregg has represented many tenants large and small from various fields such as biotechnology, software and financial services. Gregg has been involved in over 10 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions.

Gregg attended the University of Oregon acquiring a Bachelors in Political Science, with a minor in Business Administration and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (A.S.V.B.)
He sits on the fundraising/organizing committee for F.A.C.E.S., a charity focused on helping autistic children. This includes organizing the annual fundraising event which hosts the Bay Area Real Estate Round Table, an event that has become one of the San Francisco Bay Areas most respected and attended real estate events for investors. Greggs outside activities include skiing, golfing, hiking, traveling and spending time with his family.
