Chris O'Callaghan serves as a Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle located in the New York and Stamford, CT offices. He is responsible for Westchester County, NY. He has been one of the most active commercial office brokers in the Tri-State Region for the past 30 years.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Chris served as a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. O'Callaghan has negotiated many of the most significant real estate transactions in the region, involving such companies as AT & T, New York Life, Snapple, White Plains Hospital, Waterhouse Securities, TRIARC, Emcor Group, Inc., State Street Bank, Charter Realty, Keevily Spero-Whitelaw, Westchester & Fairfield County Business Journal, Business Council of Westchester, Leason Ellis LLP, UNUM, Skandia Life Insurance, Arkwright Boston Insurance Company and Hitachi.

Mr. O'Callaghan is the former Chairman of the Board of the Business Council of Westchester County, which represents over 1,200 member businesses in Westchester County and New York State. He is also the former Chairman of the Westchester Economic Development Business Coalition. Mr. O'Callaghan is on the Board of Governors of the Westchester Country Club in Rye, N.Y. Mr. O'Callaghan has served on the Boards of NAIOP (The National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), the Food Bank of Westchester, The American Red Cross and Greenwich Hospital. Additionally, Mr. O'Callaghan has served as President of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Westchester and is also a member of REFA (The Real Estate Finance Association).
