Brent Miller is an Executive Vice President sharing responsibility in the daily oversight of the Tampa office operations, collaboration among JLL's integrated service offerings and focus on implementing the company's growth strategy in the Tampa Bay region. Additionally, he is responsible for managing lease and purchase transactions for office users in Central Florida. Brent specializes in property acquisition, disposition and lease restructuring on behalf of his clients. Brent exclusively represents office and warehouse tenants in lease and purchase transactions, as well as disposition requirements.
For the past fifteen years, Brent has negotiated over 400 lease and purchase transactions in excess of 6 million square feet of office space. Brent has partnered with various corporations in developing and implementing facility strategies that predominantly include renegotiating existing leases, disposing of excess space and analyzing market conditions. Prior to his seven years with JLL, Brent was with CLW Real Estate Services Group and Equis Corporation, both in Tampa.
Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. Brent is a member of the REIC (Real Estate Investment Council), the Westshore Alliance and the Tampa Downtown Partnership. Brent is also a co-founder and director of the 7:24 foundation, a Tampa based 501(c)3 organization that supports local charitable organizations. Brent is consistently recognized as a Costar Power Broker for leasing brokers in the Tampa Bay market.
