Brent Miller is an Executive Vice President and a Broker Lead for Central Florida. In his role, Brent is responsible for overseeing and driving growth for JLL's brokerage services as well as managing various real estate requirements on behalf of his clients.
Having joined JLL through the acquisition of The Staubach Company in 2008, Brent has been with JLL for over 12 years. He specializes in property acquisition, disposition and lease restructuring on behalf of office users both locally and internationally.
Since 2000, Brent has negotiated more than 500 lease and purchase transactions in excess of eight million square feet of office space. He has helped his clients optimize corporate real estate holdings through various measures that include renegotiating existing leases, disposing of excess space and evaluating consolidation opportunities.
Prior to JLL, Brent was with CLW Real Estate Services Group, a boutique corporate services real estate firm and Equis Corporation, a national corporate servics firm, both in the Tampa Bay market.

Brent earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He is currently a director for the Tampa Bay chapter of NAIOP and is involved as a member in the Tampa Downtown Partnership and Westshore Alliance. Brent is actively involved in Juveniles Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), currently serving as director. He is also a co-founder and director of 7:24 Foundation, a Tampa-based 501(c)3 organization that raises funding to support local charitable efforts in the Tampa Bay area.
