David Green is Senior Vice President responsible for new business development in the Tampa office of JLL. With 17 years of commercial real estate experience, clients benefit from Davids accomplished background in needs assessment and solution implementation. David brings considerable local market knowledge and expertise in complex deal structure to JLLs Tenant Representation team.
Recently, David represented Travelers on their 87,000 sf relocation to the Westshore Business District; Crowe Horwath in leasing 12,530 square feet of downtown Tampa office space; myMatrixx in leasing 48,470 square feet of office in the Westshore submarket; Walter Investment Management Corporation in the lease of 25,127 SF and the lease of office space in the Westshore submarket for USAAs 49,704 SF lease.
Through a specialized relationship with J .P. Morgan Chase, Davids transactions amass to over 550,000 SF, which includes a recent 62,000 square foot lease in Tampa and over 250,000 square foot lease renewals in Orlando. Other clients include Thompson Cigar and Stewart Lender Services.
Previously he represented Aetna in its 72,000 sf office lease in Tampa and executed successful negotiations for Corinthian Colleges 46,368 sf Lease in Sabal IV as well as the 29,956 sf lease extension and sale of Everest University.
Davids awards and recognitions include NAIOP Broker Deal of the Year Award; Tampa Bay Business Journal Land Deal of the Year Award and Pinnacle Award winner as one of Tampas Top 5 Office Brokers of the Year.
David is a graduate of University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Florida.
