Deana Beer is currently responsible for leasing and marketing efforts of Urban Centre, a 550,000 square foot Trophy Class A mixed use property, Tampa Commons, a 255,000 square foot Class A office tower and Beaumont Business Center, a 250,000 square foot Class A office park all located in Tampas premier Westshore submarket.
Additionally, Deana also has responsibility for Bay Vista Office Park, a 192,700 Class A office park in Pinellas County's Gateway submarket and University Corporate Park, a 150,000 Class A office and flex business park in the Northeast submarket in Tampa.
Deana's primary focus is servicing owners in a landlord representation capacity. Her personal lease transaction value exceeds $150 million.
Deana has over thirteen years of commercial real estate analytical, leasing and marketing experience. She began her career in commercial real estate with JLL as a financial analyst for the Central Florida region.
In this capacity, Deana was responsible for transaction analysis, local and national market research as well as agency leasing and marketing efforts.
Deana has also worked with clients such as Microsoft, United Health Group, McDonalds in a tenant representation capacity.
Additionally, Deana has exclusively leased and marketed a variety of assets from Class A&B office, retail, flex and industrial projects for clients such as TIAA-CREF, Wells REIT II, HSBC and Macquarie Office Trust.
Deana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
Deana is licensed as a Florida Real Estate Salesperson and is also a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Westshore Alliance.
