With over 12 years of extensive real estate brokerage, research and advisory experience, Mr. Titcomb's primary responsibility at JLL is to partner with clients to create, implement and successfully execute their office leasing strategies. An unrelenting program of disciplined prospecting, extensive market research and a deep proficiency with real estate technology allow Brady to stay in front of market trends, quickly identify opportunities (or risks) and effectively advise clients towards meaningful business decisions. Working in partnership with Alice Lucia Jackson, the team's diverse skillsets and vast experience offer clients a unique, highly targeted and ethical approach to minimizing vacancy and increasing an assets cash-flow. Mr. Titcomb has risen through the ranks during his time at JLL. Previously, Mr. Titcomb served as Vice President and Research Director. Working in a dual role, he led JLL's Florida Research division and created and directed the firm's United States multifamily research platform. In that capacity he implemented research-based strategies and products, and successfully positioned the firm's proprietary research in front of clients, firm members, and the broader global real estate and business community.
Prior to joining JLL in 2010, Mr. Titcomb was an Account Executive with the CoStar Group, the largest provider of commercial real estate information. Before that, he spent 8 years in brokerage at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. and Citi Habitats, Inc. in New York City.
Brady received a Bachelor's degree in Music Business and Management from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and New York, an active member of the NAIOP, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and a frequent guest speaker at the South Florida Office Broker's Association conferences.
