Christine Espenshade is responsible for representing owners in the sale of multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic with a focus on Baltimore, Philadelphia, and affordable housing nationally.

Prior to joining JLL, Christine led the tax exempt bond group at MuniMae where she utilized her significant national affordable housing experience to leverage new avenues of expertise for clients.
Christine has more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has managed the sale or recapitalization of more than $1 billion in multifamily investments throughout the U.S.
In addition to her portfolio management and disposition roles, Christines extensive experience includes the development of student, senior, and family housing, property management, construction management, accounting, valuation policy, and underwriting.
Christine received her A.B. degree in Politics from Princeton University.
Christine sits on the Board of Trustees for the Walters Art Museum and the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
She also volunteers for the Princeton Alumni Association of Maryland and serves on the Capital Campaign Committee for The Calvert School.
