Mr. Klaff has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate with a track record of structuring complex real estate transactions, such as build-to-suits and sale-leasebacks on behalf of high technology companies, government contractors, professional services companies, and financial services companies. Over the last five years, Mr. Klaff has completed real estate transactions valued in excess of $10 billion for the region's leading space occupiers.

Harry has a track record of structuring complex real estate transactions, such as build-to-suits, critical facility leases and building acquisitions. Over the last five years, he has completed real estate transactions valued in excess of $5 billion for the region's leading corporations, including government contractors, information technology companies and telecommunications companies.
Inova Health Care System: Inova is Northern Virginia's leading not-for-profit health care provider, serving more than one million people annually in the Washington, DC area. Since 2001, Mr. Klaff has represented Inova on a variety of real estate matters reporting to both the Director of Real Estate and the Director of Strategy and Development. Assignments have included advisory for the acquisition of the 117 acre Exxon Mobil Campus in Merrifield, VA which will eventually become the future home of Inova's Personalized Health Care campus.
Sallie Mae: Mr. Klaff and his team provide real estate advisory services for Sallie Mae to support the company's business operations. Assignments have included portfolio strategy, national facility acquisitions and dispositions and development advisory. Since 2008, Mr. Klaff has completed over 600,000 square feet of assignments for Sallie Mae, including the acquisition of a 157,000 square foot headquarters facility in Christiana, DE., the acquisition of a 90,000 square foot operations center in Newark, DE, and a 90,000 square foot facility in Reston, VA for Sallie Mae's Washington, DC operations.
Thales USA: Mr. Klaff and his team provide a wide variety of real estate services for the United States operations of a leading international technology and avionics company. Since being retained, Mr. Klaff has led the relocation of a division headquarters, the disposition effort of an owned engineering facility, and the consolidation of a 350,000 square foot research and development campus.
Applied Predictive Technologies: A team led by Mr. Klaff, has provided strategy and real estate services for Applied Predictive Technologies, a division of MasterCard (APT) since 2006. Assignments included the procurement of new offices in San Francisco, London, New York and Taipei. During 2016, Klaff and team represented APT on its corporate headquarters in Arlington, VA, as well as economic incentives from Arlington County and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
