As a co-leader of the JLL Austin Agency Leasing team, Kevin Kimbrough's primary role is to market and lease office properties on behalf of both local and Institutional owners / REIT's .
Kevin currently leases Class A office and office/flex product in Austin and the surrounding submarkets. Kevin began his real estate career in 1999 as Director of Research at Cushman & Wakefield/Oxford Commercial, thus providing him an intimate knowledge of the Austin office market which allows him a unique ability to find and negotiate the best deals for his clients. At Cushman & Wakefield/Oxford Commercial, Kevin was one of the firm's top 3 producers since 2010 and the #1 Top Producer in 2013.
