Lee Allen's primary responsibilities at JLL include assisting clients with land sales, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisition and disposition services.
Lee brings five years of commercial real estate experience to the team and works diligently to assist clients with various requirements from strategy through implementation.

Lee joined JLL in 2009. Since joining, Lee has played a major role in over $125,000,000 in industrial sale and lease transactions in North and South Carolina.
Lee is a member of the JLL Port and Global Infrastructure Team and the Supply Chain & Logistics Services Team. He has recently represented companies such as Pepperidge Farm, Waste Management, Pratt, Clarion Partners, Crow Holdings, Commercial Metals, Iron Mountain, GE Capital, Kaydon, among many others.
Prior to joining JLL, Lee worked for a privately held commercial real estate firm in Charleston, SC. Prior to his work in Charleston, Mr. Allen did consulting work for micro-finance institutions in Cameroon, Africa during a two year service as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
