Mark Detmer leads the successful Industrial Capital Markets Practice for the West Region of the United States at Jones Lang LaSalle. Mark utilizes more than 20 years of unparalleled real estate experience to make markets for clients including complex dispositions, valuing asset acquisitions, and negotiating for the equity placement and recapitalization of industrial, business park and back-office properties.
During his career, Mark has exclusively represented institutional owners, developers and occupiers in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial assets. Mark has consistently been one of the nation's top performing and successful broker's receiving a record number of industry achievement awards from NAIOP, SIOR, Prologis, First Industrial, DCT, CoStar, Real Estate Forum, JLL, Cushman and Wakefield, and Trammell Crow Company. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mark was an Execute Director with Cushman and Wakefield and Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Pre- Medicine from Arizona State University. Mark is the Chairman of the National E-Commerce Forum for National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and a full member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he serves on the Industrial and Office Product Council. Mark has earned the designations of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and JLL's Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions (SC&LS) specialty practice. Mark was also the former Secretary of the Arizona Round Table for Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
