Patrick Wood is a Vice President with JLL specializing in agency leasing, tenant representation and site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and development of industrial warehouse and distribution centers focusing in the Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside Counties) and San Gabriel Valley (Eastern Los Angeles County) marketplaces.
Patrick began his commercial real estate career in 2006 at the Inland Empire office of CBRE where he was recognized as the National Rookie of the Year within the industrial service business line. In 2014, Patrick joined the JLL Inland Empire industrial services team and is an active member in the firm's Supply Chain Team. He has a broad range of transactional experience from leasing, sales, build-to-suit, and land development, and shares his time representing both owners and occupiers of industrial real estate.
