As President of the Dallas, Fort Worth and Kansas City offices, Mr. Whitman is responsible for the oversight of 600+ employees in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Kansas City, Austin and San Antonio. This includes tenant representation, industrial, project development services, property management, agency leasing, data center, markets corporate solutions, capital markets, retail and business economics incentives. As a player coach, Mr. Whitman handles transactions as an office tenant representative specialist.
Mr. Whitman has over 43 years of experience in the Dallas / Fort Worth market acquiring extensive experience with over 15,000,000 square feet of completed lease, purchase/sale and build-to-suit transactions. Mr. Whitmans clients include some of the most admired companies in the United States and Globally.
Mr. Whitman received his bachelor of business administration in finance from Texas Tech University. He has received the following awards during his real estate career:

Mr. Whitman is an active member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors since 1995, and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas since 1997. Mr. Whitman is currently President of Preston Trail Golf Club. Past board member of The Salesmanship Club Camp Board, The Dallas Regional Chamber, Downtown Dallas, Inc., The Real Estate Council, The Community Development Assistance Corporation, The 500 Inc., Founders National Bank, Shelton School and Evaluation Center, Bent Tree Country Club and Preston Trail Golf Club. Mr. Whitman was also past chairman of the Development Committee for the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
