Robert Garrish is Senior Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalles Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group in the Washington, DC office. He is responsible for business development, financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence of multi-family investment and development opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with a focus on the Washington Metro area.
Robert is intimately involved in all facets of the sales process, including due diligence review, creation of offering memoranda, financial modeling and marketing. Fluent in Argus, Excel and all applicable transaction models, Robert has over 10-years of real estate experience and has been involved in the sale of real estate assets valued at over $20 billion. Robert joined Jones Lang LaSalle in November 2012 from CBREs Investment Properties Group in New York City. At CBRE, Robert was involved in the marketing and closing of over 70 multi-family, office and development transactions including the largest single asset sale in U.S. history (Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village). Prior to CBRE, Robert was a Financial Analyst in the Asset Management Group at LaSalle Investment Management, where his team managed over 30 assets worth approximately $2 Billion.
Robert earned his M.B.A and B.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland.
