Thomas A. Cresce is a Managing Director in JLL's Tysons Corner office. Mr. Cresce aggressively markets client properties to new and existing tenants and negotiates transactions with prospective tenants' brokers and attorneys for the benefit of the landlord, with a commitment to achieve accretive asset values.
Mr. Cresce joined JLL in February 2012. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Cresce was a Senior Managing Director and Principal in Cassidy Turley's Virginia office.
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Tom worked at Trammell Crow Company for 16 years where he was a Principal and top producer nationally for 10 consecutive years. He consistently exceeds the landlord's pro forma and the market to maximize asset value. He has been in the top 10 in production of all commercial real estate brokers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for several years.
In his 30 year career, Tom has completed over 1,400 transactions, totaling over 14 million square feet. He has represented Principal Financial Group, Vornado, Cornerstone, RREEF, J.P. Morgan, Corporate Office Properties Trust, Wells Fargo, AEW, Liberty Property Trust, TA Associates Realty and Brookfield.
Mr. Cresce received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
