Thomas A. Cresce is a Managing Director in Jones Lang LaSalles Tysons Corner office. Mr. Cresce aggressively markets client properties to new and existing tenants and negotiates transactions with prospective tenants brokers and attorneys for the benefit of the landlord, with a commitment to achieve accretive asset values.
Mr. Cresce joined Jones Lang LaSalle in February 2012. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Cresce was a Senior Managing Director and Principal in Cassidy Turleys Virginia office. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Tom worked at Trammell Crow Company for 16 years where he was a top producer nationally for 10 consecutive years. He consistently exceeds the landlords pro forma and the market to maximize asset value. He has been in the top 10 in production of all commercial real estate brokers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for several years. In his 24 year career, Tom has completed over 1,000 transactions, totaling over 10 million square feet.
Mr. Cresce received his Bachelors degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. He is also an Executive Committee Member for the American Cancer Society, National Capital Golf Classic Golf Tournament and serves on the Vienna Little League Board of Directors. Mr. Cresce is also an active member of The Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS (GWCAR) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
