Andy Corno is a Vice President with JLL's Washington, DC Retail Leasing team. In this capacity, he represents landlords and tenants in sale and lease transactions of commercial retail space. He is a specialist in the Washington, DC retail market. Andy has a strong background in agency leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, development, and lease restructuring.
With over eight years of commercial real estate experience, including office and retail, Andy is a vital resource to his clients and truly understands excellence requires a constant effort and quality always stands out.
Prior to joining JLL, Andy was an invaluable member of the Retail Services Group based in the Downtown Los Angeles office at CBRE, where he lead the Urban Retail Practice.
Prior to joining CBRE, he handled leasing for a major institutional owner, Washington REIT, a independent owner, The Abbey Company, and worked in corporate services for CRESA. Andy has participated in hundreds of transactions spanning all aspects of commercial real estate, but his roots lie in retail.
While at Georgetown Andy co-founded and operated a restaurant business to finance, construct and operate three Pita Pit Franchises. He and his partners grew the D.C. location to the second highest grossing Pita Pit in the U.S. Andy understands the mindset of all parties and offers that valuable insight to his clients.
Andy is also a former three-time NCAA All-American lacrosse player at Georgetown University and Major League Lacrosse player.
Andy received his masters of business administration from UC Irvines Paul Merage School of Business. He received his bachelors degree in marketing from Georgetown Universitys McDonough School of Business and was an Academic All-American.
He holds his real estate license in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland and California.
