As part of the JLL Retail team, Mr. Noble specializes in tenant representation and agency leasing in the Mid-Atlantic market. His strong market knowledge and strategic insights enable him to help retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. He also helps owners/investors develop and execute leasing strategies and negotiate deal transactions that maximize a property's full potential. Mr. Noble's additional responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, business development and transactional support to assist in decision making.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Noble worked as a Senior Research Associate for Costar Group. He was responsible for maintaining a research portfolio, which included over 11,000 properties and 300 real estate professionals generating over $1.5 million per year in revenue. Additionally, he composed over $900 million in research sale comparable reports for office, retail, industrial, multifamily and proposed real estate properties throughout the country. Prior to Costar Group, Mr. Noble was the Director of Operations at Sei, Oya & Sax, LLC where he was responsible for overseeing business development, recruiting, hiring and management among their three venues. He was also responsible for over $8.6 million in net sales for the company which included cost analysis and budgeting for each venue.
His additional experience includes Rosa Mexicano where he was a Beverage & Dining Service Manager responsible for overseeing $3.4 million beverage account which comprised 37% of the restaurant's annual revenue. Mr. Noble has also worked in the media industry working in events, marketing and public relations.
Mr. Noble earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Maryland. He holds his real estate license in the District of Columbia. Mr. Noble is fluent in German.
