Brian Sullivan is Managing Director of JLLs Government Investor Services, which he joined in December 2012.
Prior to joining JLL, Brian was an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent 20 years.
During that period, he managed the AT&T account for 18 years for the Mid-Atlantic region and, in 2006, founded and led C&Ws Federal Practice Group.
In 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, Brian and his team negotiated the largest lease, respectively, in the entire Washington Metropolitan area: all four were GSA leases and the smallest, 600,000 BRSF.
950,000 RSF, 15 year lease for HHS at 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD, on behalf of JBG Company; 801,000 RSF, 5 year lease extension of HHS at 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD, on behalf of Cammebys; 668,000 RSF, 15 year lease at 7700 Arlington Blvd, on behalf of GBA Associates for the United States Defense Health (Medical Command) Headquarters consolidation; 600,000 RSF, 10 year lease renewal at 2100 2nd Street on behalf, of Monday Properties to renew the US Coast Guard Headquarters; Procured 120,000 RSF, 10 year lease, through AAAP on behalf of Matomic Operating Company for two (2) 60,000 SF leases with Veterans Administration and the Department of Homeland Security; Negotiated a 180,000 SF,10 year back-fill lease for the District of Columbia at 810 1st Street, NE on behalf of American Realty Advisors.
Brian is consistently a recipient of GWCARs Top Producers Award and is highly regarded by those in the brokerage community.
In 2009 and 2010, he was recognized as one of C&Ws top Fifty (50) brokers globally in gross production.
He has been a past recipient of both GWCARs Office Deal of the Year and Industrial Deal of the Year for the entire Metropolitan Area. This latter information is shared as an example of Brians abilities to think outside the box on behalf of his clients.
Brian received his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and has continued his real estate education by completing graduate work at American Universitys School of Business.
