Evan Behr is one of the leaders of JLL's DC Agency Leasing team, who solely focus their attention on the representation of DC's downtown office building owners. Evan joined JLL in March 2012 and co-heads, along with Doug Mueller, an agency portfolio currently totaling approximately 10 million square feet of DC office buildings in various product types and locations. Evan's diverse background in asset management, acquisitions, agency leasing and tenant representation provides a unique perspective to office building owners in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining JLL, Evan was a key member of Tishman Speyer's Washington, DC office where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of approximately 4.5 million square feet. Evan also gained in-depth asset management experience on Tishman Speyer's 28 building, 6 million square foot office portfolio in DC, Virginia and Maryland, as well as underwriting experience in the acquisitions department. Prior to Tishman Speyer, he focused on tenant representation at CBRE.

Evan graduated cum laude with a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where he double majored in finance and management. He is a former founding member of Executive Committee Board Member of DCBIA- DLD. He is also a member of JLL's Leadership Committee Advisory Board. He is a fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Travis Manion Foundation.
