ResponsibilitiesMr. Ferrante specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation for the Mid-Atlantic. He is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each property's full potential. Mr. Ferrante has strong knowledge of marketing, development and negotiations to better assist clients on achieving their overall asset goals through the implementation and execution of a strategic, development, merchandising and leasing plans. Due to his vast experience, Mr. Ferrante has developed and maintains strong retailer relationships on national, regional and local levels.
Mr. Ferrante has over 20 years of retail development and real estate experience including strategy design and execution experience at the regional and national levels. In addition to site selection and acquisition experience, his core competencies include lease negotiations, sales and sales management expertise, leadership, research, strategic planning, process development and implementation, recruiting, team building and operations. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Ferrante built the mid-Atlantic region into the #1 territory for Cold Stone Creamery stores in sales, average unit volume, unit profitability, and rent factor (> 7.8%) for the entire country. He grew the region from zero units to more than 150 profitable locations in just over four years, while overseeing all design, construction and operational aspects for the company.
Mr. Ferrante attended the University of Maryland and the University of London. He holds a real estate license in the states of Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
